Executive & High-End Metal Doors

Oversized pivot and double-leaf entrance doors in steel, with timber, glass and plasma-cut inlays — for entrances where a standard door leaf looks lost.

Executive doors are a different fabrication problem to security doors. The leaf is wider, heavier and often full height, so the frame, hinges and floor pivot all have to be specified up rather than borrowed from a standard door.

We build on a deep box-section perimeter with internal stiffeners to keep an oversized leaf dead flat, and hang on floor-spring pivots or heavy triple hinges depending on the swing. Inlays in hardwood, brass, toughened glass and plasma-cut steel let the door match the architecture instead of fighting it.

These doors are usually specified alongside a matching sidelight, fanlight and pull handle — all fabricated as one set so the finish and the detail read consistently.
